GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

GENERAL: These general terms and conditions apply to all products sold by Firework Empire UK and remain enforced unless otherwise previously agreed by the relevant departments concerned. Please contact a member of our team if you have any queries.

PRICES: All prices currently include V.A.T and are based on the current costs of transport and conversion rates. Please note that prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

DELIVERY: Goods are usually dispatched the next working day of purchase. All deliveries need to be signed for by persons over the age of 18. Deliveries will not be left at any address without a valid signature. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Missed delivery may incur charges for which the customer is responsible. During busy times of the year deliveries may take slightly longer, we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed delivery due to peak seasons.

CLAIMS: On delivery please check numbers of items and inspect them for any signs of damage before signing the courier’s documents. If anything is unsatisfactory your claim must be made to the company within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Proof of purchase may be required.

COLLECTIONS: Collections are welcome, but appointments are necessary.

QUALITY: All products sold by Firework Empire UK are tested to British standard 7114. Items are supplied on the condition that they are used strictly in accordance with the manufacturers instructions labelled on them. We reserve the right to substitute any items that are not available at the time. Any substitution will be of an equivalent or greater value.

MISUSE: We sell strictly to persons only over the age of 18. The customer is responsible for the safety of themselves and others around them whilst storing and using the product. You are required to follow the directions on the product packaging and to stick to the safety advice given.
